Security Deposit $100.00.  Refunded within 30 days of check-out.
Security Deposit and one half of rent amount will be due at time of
reservation.  Lease holder must be over 25 years of age and stay at
cottage for the term of the lease.  Family Vacations Only.

OFF SEASON RATES AND CONDITIONS:
Partial weeks and any day check-in available two weeks
after Labor Day until two weeks  before Memorial Day.
Nightly rates during off season  $150.00 per night when weekly rate is
below $1,000.00 per week.  $175.00 per night when weekly rate is
above $1,000.00.
